Remy is used to smell food to tell if its poisonous. This connects to sensation because he has been gifted with a good sense of smell. Sensation happens when the Remy smells the food to tell if it's good or bad and his dad made him do that as a job.

The scene when all the Rats escaped but Remy doesn't forget about the cook book. This connects to Memory because despite being on the brink of death and being forced out of the home Remy still remembers to get the cook book that inspires him. Remy remembered his desire to learn more and for what he believed in so despite being in a bad position he still went for the book and still managed to escape.
